Yes. A valid Indian driving licence is mandatory for all rentals. For bikes above 150cc and cars, ensure your licence covers the relevant category (MCWG for geared bikes, LMV for cars).

Security deposit varies by vehicle (₹1,000–₹15,000). It is collected at the time of handover and fully refunded within 24 hours of vehicle return, provided no damage is found.

Fuel is generally not included. Vehicles are typically handed over with a full tank, and you return them full. Some shops offer fuel-included packages — check the listing details.

Yes. Cancellations made 24+ hours before the start time get a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 10-20% cancellation fee depending on the shop's policy.

All listed vehicles come with roadside assistance from the rental shop. Call the shop directly or use the emergency contact on your booking confirmation. RentalHub support is also available at contact@rentalhub.in.

Every shop goes through document verification (business registration, owner ID, vehicle RCs), a physical or video inspection of the fleet, and a review of prior customer ratings. Only verified shops are listed.
